Handeling International Charecter in liferay

Some times browser doesn't interpret  International Character like: (À, à, è)

And it will display like: � in the browser.

Example:
I mentioned in my language properties file some entry

this-page-does-not-exist-yet-use-the-form-below-to-create-it=Veuillez renseigner les champs ci dessous pour créer une nouvelle page

 and the result comes on browser is like:

 

Veuillez renseigner les champs ci dessous pour cr�er une nouvelle page

GO and copy the code as per your requirement.
